30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can review the request and provide return instructions.
Eligibility
To be eligible, an item must be unused, unworn, unmodified, and returned with its original packaging and any included components.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging where available. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.
Preference Returns
If you are returning an eligible item because you changed your mind, selected an unsuitable size, or no longer want the item, return shipping is your responsibility. A 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds and Exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. Exchanges depend on availability; contact us before returning an item if you would prefer an exchange.
