Where We Ship
We ship to the destinations currently available at checkout. If your destination is not listed, please contact us before ordering.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from transit time. If we need to clarify an order detail, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and depend on the destination and carrier. Typical estimates are 8–15 business days for the United States and Canada, 10–18 business days for the United Kingdom and Europe, 8–15 business days for Australia and New Zealand, and 10–20 business days for other destinations. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Charges, Duties, and Taxes
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply in the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Address Changes and Delivery Issues
Please review your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed; we cannot promise changes once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but cannot be located, or returned because the address was incomplete, contact us with your order number so we can review the next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or differs materially from the item ordered. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging where available. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
